The FujinonPremista 80-250mm achieves stunning optical quality from the center to the corners and suppresses unwanted flare and ghosts. It achieves a pleasant bokeh effect with shallow depth-of-field thanks to a 13-blade iris and a constant T2.9 speed across the entire zoom range.
This telephoto zoom lens covers the full-frame sensors of the Sony Venice, Red Monstro, and Arri Alexa Mini LF. It’s parfocal, staying in focus when you zoom in and out.
Relatively lightweight and small for a long zoom, with a front diameter of 114mm, it can be used with standard clip-on matte boxes. The Fujinon Premistas are compatible with the “ZEISS eXtended Data” system based on the open /i technology standard which enables the recording of lens metadata (focus, zoom, and iris position) for post-production.
